The AI I’m building doesn’t care about data scraping, it cares about conversations and in person connections.It’s a wearable device that helps capture client interactions in the field (with consent), summarizes them, and updates your notes or CRM automatically.

Sort of the same as above.  99% of our interactions with guests is very positive but the 1% can put a bad taste in anyone's mouth.

If you start the interaction you are undermining the tenant, if they start the interaction there isn't much assurance they they are following the tenants desires and needs. 

The overruns weren't caused by the Land Bank or thir requirements, they were due to inevitable surprises when you do major renovations.Rcommend NOT focusing on Land Bank properties, instead look at everything on the market and buy the best BRRR property you can find.One last thing, many of the Land Bank properties are in Class D Neighborhoods:( VERY difficult to make these work as rentals or flip.If you'd like to chat more, DM us and check out the Interactive Map of Metro Detroit with color-coded Classes on our website - to make better decisions:)
