Not another “AI for deal analysis” post I promise 😅

If you’ve been on this forum lately, you’ve seen about 47 posts starting with:

This is not one of those.

I used to be VP of Digital Product at a large retailer and got my real estate license a few years ago for fun and investment opportunities.  The AI I’m building doesn’t care about data scraping, it cares about conversations and in person connections.

It’s a wearable device that helps capture client interactions in the field (with consent), summarizes them, and updates your notes or CRM automatically. Basically, it remembers what you said so you can focus on the client instead of your phone.

Before we get too deep into development, I’d love to hear from the pros here: 

Does this sound like something you’d actually use — or does it still belong in the AI buzzword pile?
