I probably have the most sensitive BS Meter on BP, or in the real estate education arena, it just comes from experience, investigators assume there is wrong doing until proven otherwise, with gurus, none have passed scrutiny yet.

Be warned though- this site has a few “warts” that one needs to keep an eye out for: Estimates aren’t Correct– Zestimates are a great starting place but in most markets they are drastically wrong.

From what I witnessed ( and of course I did not sit through 100% of it) however I think any regulator would have a very hard time convicting any of these particular guys of any wrong doing.

If after entering into contract you determine to assign the contract then their is no problem or concern of any wrongdoing.

When confronted, the tenant said that they are fake and only to create the illusion of someone's always watching To deter any wrong doing.

Is that fair that an hoa believes they can just get away with crime and when they are going to be punished for their wrong doings, they cry like a child saying that's not fair, we don't deserve this?

Now the third week came about and I get a call from the CSR and they were again absolving themselves of any wrong doing.  

You should NEVER spend the deposit while the tenant occupies the property.It's very common for tenants to ask for a refund on part of their rent when something goes wrong.

He was never able to recover his things, but was eventually cleared of all wrong doing.

My question  is, shouldn't there be a sure way to win this as there are plenty of wrongdoings by the city?
