I probably have the most sensitive BS Meter on BP, or in the real estate education arena, it just comes from experience, investigators assume there is wrong doing until proven otherwise, with gurus, none have passed scrutiny yet.

Be warned though- this site has a few “warts” that one needs to keep an eye out for: Estimates aren’t Correct– Zestimates are a great starting place but in most markets they are drastically wrong.

From what I witnessed ( and of course I did not sit through 100% of it) however I think any regulator would have a very hard time convicting any of these particular guys of any wrong doing.
