What should each side be responsible for in the process?

Request a summary of the condition giving rise to the notice, whether the property can be transferred subject to the notice (or if there is a land records block — not likely), and the exact process for having the condition inspected and use and occupancy approved after the repairs.

It was a process of trial and error, and with each investment, my knowledge and expertise grew.One of the crucial lessons I learned was to develop confidence in underwriting deals.

@Tyler Ligan - The renovation process (estimating, construction management, etc...) is the key to the BRRRR process in my opinion.
