You can still app, get full underwritten loan approval,  clear all your loan conditions, do your appraisal, then order loan docs after you've transferred your title back to your personal name.Your settlement agent/escrow/title will most likely ask you for your LLC operating agreement to document the chain of title and that you owned your LLC prior to transferring it to your name to issue the title commitment/policy for your refi.Hope that helps.

I like the app Thumbtack for finding contractors for estimates. 

You may want to checkout MileageIQ which is an app you can install on your phone and track your trips and mileage.

There's a lot to consider - but new construction and that low of a PP there are definitely much worse investments.

Property Radar is just such a robust tool.Yesterday I went and looked at a few Timber properties I was interested in  both of them a good 10 to 15 miles back into the boonies.the app comes up it tags to google earth and then one thing I am very good at is direction and finding stuff being an old land sales guy.I orient the phone and the app on the phone to north.. and in 2 minutes I found the parcels .. no address's nothing but the app and what's cool is the lot lines lay over the google earth.. what could have been and Easter egg hunt took me a matter of minutes.Now the only thing I would like to add to the app is USGS topos.. out here in our area is quite hilly or mountainous really.
