Retail stores, brands, and distributors are the middlemen between manufacturers and consumers.

For the LVT, I would contact flooring installers or distributors and see what they have on the floor that they are trying to get out the door.

I own a half acre lot in Pukalani and we built two Fabmac houses in 2016-2017 (Fabmac is the distributor on Maui, the houses are made by Clayton Homes in LA - IDK what working with them is like bc we're limited to working with fabmac only here).

I was watching this thread and wondering if your pricing at Lowes and other distributors was at contractor pricing?

I'm an operations manager for the biggest craft beer distributor in the country and love it but have always been interested in becoming an investor.

@Michael Guzik  also for whatever reason CAR's  exotics and big fancy houses seem to be something that many tag to being successful.so the wholesaler guy has his add with his lambo his Rolls  thats about the extent of it.this stuff is ALL based on MLM stuff that was devised in the 50 to 60s and morphed into real estate space. 

And that is something I can absolutely respect.There’s nothing wrong with guru programs or MLM is you have the money to spend on those things and that’s how you learn.  

If you're electronics distributor, you can send the prettiest, high production value catalogs to the Amish for years on end but they'll never bite.
