Bonus Depreciation is in its scheduled phase down which started in 2023, where the percentage you could take of the Bonus Depreciation decreased to 80%, and has been decreasing 20% ever since, currently at 40% in 2025.

We are however seeing rate stabilization and even some rate decreases announced for Q4'2025.

A 20+% rent decrease is massive relative to the rest of the country.

Commercial loans have not started to decrease.  

It's been slow, but not bad (decreasing values) I guess.
