The easier way is to look up in the records of County Clerk's office for the recorded mortgage or loan modification under the borrow's name.

The homeowner has requested in loan modification, but the lender is uncooperating to help, and also cannot be contacted by Phone or Email.

We submitted a short sale package to his lender and they approved him for a FHA Waterfall modification with a 3 month trial period. 

These modifications will reduce water usage quite sharply. 

Are there any modifications to the written lease?

I personally couldn't manage a home that was more than about an hour away, this is partially because I'm very hands on, and would be involved with any repairs/modifications.

He could attempt to do a loan modification (loan mod) with the lender, though this would cut you out but would be great for him if his goal is to stay in the house. 

I would like to take help with general suggestions, reviewing modifications to TAR rental lease agreements, short term rental agreements, sale contract documents etc on ongoing basis (either via phone or email).May I pls know if anyone can provide recommendations.
