I was recently working on a turnover of one of my homes and decided just for kicks to take 12x12 ceramic tiles and cut all different shapes of squares and rectangles and long narrow and smaller wide and it worked out well.

And, a second thought after doing some simple math, if it is a rectangle then half way back should divide it equally and if the creek is one third from the back that means access can be given to the back lots at the halfway point.
