what neighborhoods in the area do you like to invest in? Which ones would you steer clear of?

@Jake Guerette Manchester is a great market for finding cash flowing multis, even in today’s market. I think we closed on more than a few in the last couple of months for clients. Take a drive around then city then attend some open houses, then walk the surrounding area. You’ll get a good feel for it and trust your gut.
