Commercial land suggestions

Hi

i am new to real estate. I found a commercial land which is sitting beside Kroger, publix, dunkin donut, car wash. 
if i buy the land, i ll not have much money to invest on any other things related to that. 
so I am wondering how can i make money with that commercial land. Its 2 acre piece in rectangle shape. Beside it is car wash, dunkins. 
please help me with suggestions

What all i can do so i can earn monthly income from it or any suggestions. 

I am pretty new and listening to youtheb and podcasts as well. So sorry for my bad english .
