Compared to what a lot of people on BP are doing in this field, especially the other people you mentioned, I'm the creamiest of cream puffs. 

A basic example would be, “I want to be fit,” but end up eating a tub of ice cream and watching Netflix all day.

As for the ice cream, well, it all depends on your specific situation.

Keep this nugget in mind; the entire '08' crash came from the MBS investment scams being played out of labeling junk as AAA via packaging 4-60% of junk with a sprinkling of AAA kind of like a nice cream-cheese frosting on top of a big cow-pie.

Then a series of body weight exercises and dumbbell work rounds it out for me.As far as intake, I cut out ice cream and bought a Ninja Creami to make my own. 

I grew up on government cheese, powdered milk, and hand-me-downs.

There's no cream to pay someone to do simple work and you'll have a lot more say in tenant selection and ongoing maintenance and repair situations.   

Lots of people out there that have fancy marketing, Podcasts, You Tube channels, that can sell a melting chocolate ice cream cone to a person in white gloves.... but until you truly work with them, its hard to be sure who to trust.
