Hi, I’m Dominique—a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and empowerment coach with over a decade of experience building multi-million dollar companies from the ground up. As the founder of Ohio Cashflow and Oz Realty, I’ve specialized in turnkey investments, property management, and value-add rehabs. My companies have served hundreds of out-of-state and international investors looking for strong cash flow in Midwest markets. I've built scalable systems, trained high-performance teams, and navigated the highs and lows of real estate with grit and strategy. But my journey into real estate wasn’t traditional—I was a high school dropout and teen mom at 17, determined to rewrite my story. That fire led me to financial independence by my mid-20s and eventually, the freedom to travel the world with my daughter while my businesses ran passively. These days, I’ve returned to my roots in Kansas City where I’m flipping homes, consulting other investors on systemizing their operations, and building my passion project: Legacy Land—a regenerative retreat property for hosting transformational experiences. I also run Igniting Queens, a coaching platform for ambitious women who want to build aligned, abundant lives. My mission is to empower women to break generational patterns and design their version of success—on their own terms.
