I buy my LVT wholesale direct with distributors at a fraction of the price HD sells it for and the product I use are of much high quality. 

A payment schedule would not have helped for this instance, but I could have asked to pay the materials distributor directly - which is what I did when I resumed the job with another connector.  

Just like MLM  real estate has been attacked by the dream merchants  IE real estate guru's its a great gig for them  they make boat load of money.I like the line from the Traffic song   Low Spark of the high heeled boys.it goes like this" the man bought a new suit on your dreams "  and that was written I suspect in the late 60s to 70s.. :)

With the idea you get your 6k back when fund deal/deals  MLM all the way sell the futures and the deals that Cogo did pay me off on as you stated took forever to fund and the rates were even higher than mine :)  Its just a very good Guru selling his stuff we all know they make the money selling the 6k how to become a lender. :)  

These are all training systems that are steeped in MLM techniques and presentations..

MLM started this way back in the day and Real estate just copies it. 

its really just the modern version OF MLM back in our days Don :)

NO thoughts LOL, When I am contacted by several to buy a franchise, to me it felt like and MLM, 

I call them dream merchants every one of them follow the same script from RE gurus to MLM to Tony Robbins.. 

when you read the common themes of the presentations its simply the age old MLM presentations..
