• Any tips for vetting serious cash buyers vs tire-kickers? 

Hey I just recently bought my first house hack SFH 3B  2B in San Antonio and will rent out the extra bedrooms as mid term rentals but I'm recently self employed so I'm trying to figure out my next step steps to scale ive heard to house hacking 5 or so times then just start buying rentals and doing BRRRR any one thoughts on best next steps?

Any recommendations or local (NH/New Hampshire) resources on the best way to get financed for my next deal?
