My next deal...

Posted

I am a brand new real estate agent and pro member with Bigger Pockets.  I have goals of early retirement and financial freedom, like most of us do, I'm sure.  I'm just getting started growing my business in this 1099 career after coming off of a traditional W2 employment.  Any recommendations or local (NH/New Hampshire) resources on the best way to get financed for my next deal?  I don't want my temporarily inconsistent income to hinder my investment journey.  Looking primarily for condo units to add to my portfolio right now - long or mid-term.  If the right short term (or other) rental type came along, I would explore it.
