Does this help your brand somehow or some SEO play?

The fantasy that one can be successful in this endeavor with limited experience and limited capital is put forth by people who have something to sell (like mentorships, leads, SEO), and attested to by people who badly want to believe it’s a way out of the workforce.  

SEO and PPC were options, but skip tracing in bulk didn’t yet exist.

I have seen a few try to get started over there last several years, but none seem to have survived (or are really bad at SEO and marketing) since I was not able to find any the several times I have searched.That being said, I know Cadre has launched a secondaries market for their own investment offerings, but that is limited in scope to Cadre positions, and is currently closed anyways and will be "re-opening soon". 

@Whitney McNairfor the highest ROI, I'd recommend do direct-to-seller marketing, in particular inbound channels such as SEO, PPC and PPL.

However, I used to work in SEO in its infancy.

Like others have said you will not win the SEO war with airbnb/vrbo, so you have to drive people to your site.
