Hi @Michael Uvaydov  STR is tough, if you go to the STR friendly markets you are small fish in a big pond. 

BatchDialer has been our go-to for cold calling specifically - simple interface and our VAs picked it up quickly.When to Scale:Add a VA when your current one is maxed out on hours and you consistently have excess data.

Im even referring their properties to my friends and I look like a fool referring people who then see a scathing post from me.PLEASE remove the post. 

Any tips on house hacking with a friend who is also on the football team and interested in the same thing?

What has been the biggest success for you as a newer investor friendly agent between the age of 25-35?
