Texas is a good area  Starting out do a light rehab or get a partner for a larger deal

    Welcome to the Houston market @Mustafa Alwalwal it is active, but it definitely has its quirks for flips.

    Meetups can be useful, but I have found the best connections usually come after you have analyzed a few deals and can ask more specific questions.

    Welcome to the Houston market, @Mustafa Alwalwal. It’s a strong market if you stay disciplined on numbers and execution.

    I work with investors on the renovation side, primarily rental rehabs and turnovers and we handle detailed scopes of work, labor and material breakdowns, and full project execution. We currently focus on Katy, Richmond, and Cypress.
