Hey Gia, love this series idea breaking things down for new investors is hugeI'm also based in Columbus and focus on the deal sourcing side, specifically distressed property data (tax delinquent lists, absentee owners, etc).One thing I'd add for new investors working on their buy box: understanding WHERE motivated sellers are is just as important as knowing WHAT you're looking for.
