In general, there is always a level of discontent it seems when it comes to servicers but we all have things we can do better.  

I don't know how the use of resident volunteers work out in the long run as there were rumblings of discontent back then.

It sets you up for feeling discontent forever!  

Hardwood is delightful - - until it gets scratch or stained - - and then too the lower units hear the clomp-clomp of the upper tenant and it leads to discontent and more move-outs.

Trying to charge a tenant a late fee and saying it was late because the draft was initiated on the 3rd is splitting hairs and cause for discontent.  

Of course some new home buyer can put up signs showing discontent with the builder that will give them bad press they do not want.When you are holding the builders payday you have their full attention.
