I suspect your jurisdiction will also have a compensation to the tenant for the equivalent of a “no fault eviction”.I think you can expect this 1) not to be as easy as you seem to think/hope 2) that there will be significant costs in doing this.Make sure you have a good understanding of the costs and challenges before the end of your unconditional DD period (17 days default in my market).By the way I believe in capitalism and am against rent control.
