I'm in NJ and got my RE license about 20 years ago of the few things that I remember from the licensing course, this actually stood out to me.According to my instructor (who was a broker for like 40 years) he said that you own the land beneath your property to the center of the earth and air to infinity above your property.I then asked, "What's the value of the air rights?

I was feeling unhappy with my initial coach so I wrote to the administrator of the course and asked for a new instructor.

Kind of reminds me of learning to fly .. our instructors are always saying you don't know what you don't know. :)   And in aviation like real estate very few know it all its a constant learning curve.. 

When was the last time my coach/mentor/instructor personally closed a deal?
