I was feeling unhappy with my initial coach so I wrote to the administrator of the course and asked for a new instructor.

Hi Ken, would you be willing to share the course/instructor name that helped you go over the new build process?

Kind of reminds me of learning to fly .. our instructors are always saying you don't know what you don't know. :)   And in aviation like real estate very few know it all its a constant learning curve.. 

When was the last time my coach/mentor/instructor personally closed a deal? 

Very much like the formula the instructor gave the class in a COBOL programming exercise when I was in computer school.

An instructor can make it better, but most are online now anyway.

The course has broken website links, broken video links, and there was very little to no actual teaching going on between the student and instructor unless you would be willing to pay even more for that 1-on-1 training.

@Constance Kang well you discovered how many of the most expensive REI instructors work in this industry.
