It was why I wanted him to look at my underwriting as I knew there may be things I did not know that is unique to the area or property.Fortunately the str bootcamp I took had the Carl’s as instructors and they have a presence in emerald coast and I was using the top co-host in the area of the cabin and he let me know about the trash and inspections.

One of their so called instructors from one of the training sessions asks the students to go to the five star hotels, or go play golf, or go horse riding, or go hang out at the high end night clubs for the sake of fund raising.

Most of these course instructors aren't qualified to teach anything but the most elementary real estate concepts and try to make their courses more marketable by teaching concepts they have no business teaching.
