A Quick Sanity Check on Guru Educational Pricing

Before you pay the next guru tens of thousands of dollars, ask yourself what their qualifications are and why are they charging more than Wharton’s 8-week real estate analysis course, priced at $4,800.  Check out the curriculum and instructors/speakers.

This is not an endorsement of this program and hope this post is not removed. The intent of this post is to take a critical look at guru educational programs and how much they charge novice investors and curriculum that's covered.
