If Tenant provides the notice unaccompanied by the required payments, the Early Termination Date will not be changed, and any such written notice from Tenant shall be deemed null and void.

Hi @Richard Shepherd, I’d lean toward giving notice now and planning a clean handoff once the tenant vacates.

What I have found is that after Nov 1 the pool of good applicants decreases .

@Alvin Diggs III  you can also just let the tenant know what the rent will be by giving 30 days notice.
