You can charge a hefty premium because with the shop fully equipped the operator saves the cost of outfitting the shop and the time and effort required.

Definitely seems like an outfit you may not want to work with for various reasons, but if they closed your first transaction then it seems they're legit...

I feel it's important to get that information into the investor complaint to give whoever reviews the allegations a 30,000 foot view of the variety of warning signals on full display by this outfit. 

There are still some truly high quality TK outfits around -Spartan (of course), Memphis Invest, Decas etc - but unfortunately investors do need to take ownership of their due diligence to avoid these kind of scams that are all glossy marketing and no substance.

So my plan is to outfit that shower with chromotherapy lighting.

But these furnished units were in high end high rise condos, so for example my 2 bedroom plus study was outfitted (furniture, linens, cookware, etc) at a cost of $38,000, and that was in 2012!  

I've closed with at least 10 - 12 different outfits.
