I am currently saving up for a down payment by flipping storage units, saving personal money, and doing other types of jobs to pad the savings.Looking forward to being a member here and can't wait to contribute/research/talk.

Also it would be wise to start saving a percentage of every paycheck right now (( Cash is King )).

Why don't you have more in savings?

i’m trying to determine if I need to just save more money or not.

Doing the math, this saves me more money than if I hired an agent or property Manager who is charging one months full rent.
