Hello everyone,

I am currently reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and have a goal to own 1 rental property by the end of 2027 and 5 properties by 2031. I'll be looking to invest in the Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville areas. 

I am currently saving up for a down payment by flipping storage units, saving personal money, and doing other types of jobs to pad the savings.

Looking forward to being a member here and can't wait to contribute/research/talk.
