(Which is why I shared the rent raising thing above in hopes that someone else will avoid that mistake.)Next to getting married and having children it is the most exciting thing I have ever done in my life, better than piloting planes, skydiving, rock climbing, caving, etc...

I'm no stranger to bungee jumping, rapelling, cliff jumping on my snowboard, cliff diving, sky diving, paintball, white water rafting, etc. etc.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.Also, a few of my interests are mountain biking/hiking, fishing, and skydiving.

And sure, I could probably get the same experience from skydiving or bungee jumping but then again, do those activities offer the same monetary return as real estate?

I'm scared and excited at the same time, kinda like what I imagine going sky diving would feel like.  

How do you get over the fear of sky diving? 

We got our skydive licenses together, I think we did about 50-60 jumps together this year.

For fun I enjoy parachuting sports like skydiving, wingsuiting, and BASE jumping.

Start fighting your fears with action.If all else fails go skydiving.

I have a CC, school loans, and a loan from skydiving...it's addicting :) And until recently I took on the whole broke mentality, buy now pay later...buy stuff not assets2.)
