As others have said, check the grades, down spout discharges, high water table and other property issues that cause water intrusion.

Foundation issues and major sewer lines are at the top of my list.

Deal with the safety/health issues now.

When it's your own money on the line, it can occasionally get emotional.Control is always an issue in management.  

It's probably not going to be an issue with this resident.   

If you don't know where or how to look for signs of water intrusion; pests; safety issues such as faulty or illegal wiring; type and age of plumbing system and components, doors, windows, siding materials and roof systems and other systems or elements then you have no choice but to pay for someone else's knowledge.

We also worry about privacy issues.

The non-warrantable issue is primarily related to the balcony repairs that are approved and funded but not yet completed.

Both issues were eventually addressed.- Backup into bathroom shower/sink.

Any issues or surprises with these neighborhoods?
