They are basically stuck between tenants and owners and get pressure from both sides.A little story to illustrate: tenant calls the light switch is broken, PM sends out licensed contractor (with benefits and PTO) in company truck to repair light switch, turns out to be the light bulb, go to the store, back to tenant, back to office, takes 3h.

With all the outreach from agents in Ohio, plus several warnings from others on BP, I don't think Ohio is for me.

Had a conversation recently where someone brought up getting "shopped out", past clients getting picked off by big bank marketing with no warning.

Warning,  Not everyone will seem supportive at times.

I think Bigger Pockets can and should do more to help investors have "bigger pockets" by not only warning but screening guests.
