Industry Pain Points

Hey BP, looking for some honest input from mortgage loan officers in here.

I work closely with MLOs in my day-to-day and I've been trying to get a better understanding of where the real friction points are in their business. Had a conversation recently where someone brought up getting "shopped out", past clients getting picked off by big bank marketing with no warning. That stuck with me.

For the LOs in here:

• How do you currently find and build relationships with real estate agents? Is it mostly referrals, networking, cold outreach?

• Do you feel like you have a clear picture of which agents in your market are actually producing?

• What's the biggest time sink in your week that you wish you could get back?

• Is there a problem in your business that you just haven't found a good solution for?

No agenda, just genuinely curious. Appreciate any honest takes.
