A lot of my clients have had a ton of sucess by purchasing in Short North, Southern Orchards, Old Town East, and King-Lincoln for their Mid-term and short term rentals. 

There is one just down the street from me, and the neighbors don't like it at all.

We are based out of North Atlanta, not east.
