You don't have to say you want to come over and check the air filter or the smoke detector batteries or whatever to keep an eye on the place.

First is that Yale requires you to push STAR and then 4 number code and most guests forget the star, second it wore out after 1 1/2 years and did not provide enough power to completely close deadbolt even with new batteries.

Check for slow drains, too, and run hot water down the kitchen drain for ten minutes to help clear any grease buildup.Also, check the number of toothbrushes to see if extra people are living there; check smoke detector operation (has TENANT removed batteries?)
