You have to pick up the phone or that lead is gone.It does have to be readable and too much print gets  "too long, didn't read" response.

So hard to read.....When i had a realtor do a background check for me they used a local tenant screening company to do it and it was 100x better than myrental.com as far as readability goes.  

Faces must be recognizable, and license plates must be readable, or it simply is not worth the money.

As for the font choice, the links actually suggest readable fonts as well.
