Is it one big rectangle like my last one, or L shaped?

If you take a close look at the red rectangle it says Biggerpockets is ranking for 445k keywords on Google.Semrush PPC example:https://i.imgur.com/7BRJMeO.pngI am only able to show one ad copy for this example, as Zillow has 67k ads running on Google.

In fact, when I'm laying out a floor plan I have a little Altoids Tin full of various-sized rectangles cut from a sheet of cardboard (to an architectural scale) that I can easily rearrange and explore different layouts and spatial relationships.

I took a peek through some boarded up windows, and realized the identical half building is a shell- no roof or floors.It appears that the original builder built a brick rectangle 32 x 50 (next to a third brick building), and then split the box into two 2-story buildings- I want to own the left side.

By doing this I would be changing the shape from a "L" to a rectangle.

@Jay Hinrichs The blue rectangle represents the gravel alley way that is now known to be private property.

They are small heated pools.   8x17x5ft deep6x13x4ft deep8x16x4ft deepAll of mine are fiberglass pools.  2 of them are the curvy shaped typed pools and one is a rectangle.  

But the land was a perfectly dividable rectangle with even fro have wider than depth.I didn't realize what a rare gem I had found at  the time

It's kind of like how a square is a rectangle but a rectangle is not a square.

The house is basically just a simple rectangle, but we're looking at it as a blank canvas.
