I would house hack a primary residence and put down 10% down or however much you need to so you can afford another place out of state. 2. build your team out of state and start implementing your desired strategy first.

So personally I’m okay resting on my laurels, but for punters with more motivation, sure they can play the game and see what transpires :)What I've read is that some cities prevented evictions and some landlords haven't been paid in 3 1/2 to 4 years.
