Selling a property but dont want to displace the tenant.
Baudette, MN is property location.
Looking for some advice on how to go about selling a property with a long term tenant in place. I have tried reaching out to some investors in the area that I know of. I dont want to list it until I feel comfortable about the tenant. I have two units in the same building and would like to sell both. Any ideas??
