The right solution depends on the specific layout, travel distances, stair enclosure and rating, window size and sill height, and how the jurisdiction applies IBC and the NYS code for an additional dwelling unit in an existing building.Whether it is worth it comes down to a simple feasibility and ROI check, the all in cost and timeline to legalize, versus the increase in stabilized rent and appraised value.

That was a sobering realization.. marcus there is a real skill the travelling guru's use and its the MLM system.. you need a free meeting first then you talk about family and why and all the stuff that pulls at heart strings then you go to the next meeting that is cheap .. then the big dollar one.

I also disagree on the zelle topic - of course not doubting that it works, but it opens up risks and untidiness that is just so easy to avoid, that for me, it's just not worth wasting your time doing.Rentredi is good, Appfolio is good for larger portfolios, but one I would really take a look at is baselane - everything all in one, and could be a good solution for you.All of these will help you maintain compliant records and keep everything in a simple easy to manage format, so that's why I always prefer this approach to zelle/text messages etc.Good luck!
