I just searched in iTunes for a BiggerPockets app last week!

BP has tons of valuable information including online videos and it's own podcast in itunes for you to listen to.

Go on iTunes and type in real estate podcast and you can immerse yourself into some fantastic info.

Collecting rent charges automatically that end up in a automatically reconciled income stream in your accounting system makes a lot of sense, even recurring expenses can be recorded this way, all while receiving maintenance tickets on the same app, communicate with tenants and archive lease agreements and any other property related documents. 

Having searched the archive here, I have not isolated this topic before.
