Need Help with Move-out / 30-day Notice

Ok So my first renter (Month to Month) has given courtesy notice that they will be giving their 30-day notice at the end of the month. Typical college guys no written notice. I am looking for a standard document for a mutual 30-day notice move out agreement. Everything I've found makes it sound like i'm kicking them out, does anyone have a good form? I'm in Montana and have a standard Montana lease agreement which defaults back to the original agreed terms until one party provides written notice. I don't anticipate any trouble with my renter but just realized i don't have this and would like to have a standard to use with all of my renters. I'm sure i can just whip something up but i figure id ask first. File Place search came up pretty dry with 1 hit on Termination notice and nothing on 30 day notice.

Also I dont retain an attourney at this point to provide my documents but i do have a good source i can bounch things off of. My Lease is ran through Lease runner, they also have nothing of the sort.

Tenant's Notice to End the Tenancy

I am giving this notice because I want to move out of the rental unit. The last day of my tenancy will be ______________________. This is the termination date.

 I will move out of the rental unit on or before the termination date.
