I've read the archived threads on this topic and the conversation seems to have simmered down considerably since 2012-2013. 

BP offers free online videos and educational courses for you to watch and learn from and even has it's own podcast in itunes.

I suggest going to the courthouse, physically pulling files and getting comfortable with the forms, the info that is important to you and the local archival system protocol.

Next we have document archiving, again has to be secured.

The iTunes ratings alone leads me to believe that you are on the wrong side of this argument.
