 ( I am the oldest of 5 and when I had my siblings move in with with me , they paid their freight , I wasnt supporting them . )  I would have no problem with him moving in , the sister will most likely make him tow the line .

If its a traditional building with floors in place and freight elevators, I think the above rule would apply just as well.

The guy that told me about them said he has had problems with the valve not turning all the way off inside.The ball valves at harbor freight have yellow handles - and they're about half the price of valves at the depot or lowes.
