i'd say you're off to a good start. what you may want to do is find lower cost vendors.for example. my answering service is $49/mo.I get bandit signs 100 @ $130I can mail 500 postcards for $150 ( i compile the list myself so that's free)so far that's less than $300.

I have used overseas VAs, but discovered that they were having somebody use a free service like truepeoplesearch.com and hand jamming all 900 names and addresses one by one, then compiling the list ... it took them well over 48 hrs.
