i'd say you're off to a good start. what you may want to do is find lower cost vendors.for example. my answering service is $49/mo.I get bandit signs 100 @ $130I can mail 500 postcards for $150 ( i compile the list myself so that's free)so far that's less than $300.

I have used overseas VAs, but discovered that they were having somebody use a free service like truepeoplesearch.com and hand jamming all 900 names and addresses one by one, then compiling the list ... it took them well over 48 hrs.

The act has several directives for other agencies to compile studies of the effects of the law and issue reports of findings, one report is due in 5 years!

Even if I spent my entire life "networking," I would only be able to meet maybe 0.00000001% of the people on the planet.Are there businesses that compile lists of accredited investors?
