I have compiled a initial list for scope of work.

As an actionable step today, I've been compiling my own list of targets to send yellow letters to!

Then when you compile the data of what deals made sense, cross reference that back to who the buying side agent.

A while back I saw a post that you made (I believe it was you) that stated you were working on compiling data for the area.  

There is only handful of lenders specializing in these types of loans, I compiled the list here:https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/2810/50272-lis...Many private lenders will also do non-recourse loan as well.

I have been compiling a list of vacant houses through driving for $ dollars over the past couple of months.
