You’re right: serious developers don’t replace pre-app meetings, civils, or title services with software.

I'd dive deep into podcasts, YouTube, & books (can get a lot of via library app).I'd look around for local meetup groups to attend on meetup, FB, BP, or Eventbrite to attend with trying not to spend too much.

I have even complained to Google and Apple and in astonished that the app is still available for people to download and get scammed out of money. 

The app identifies the best investment opportunities within given markets. 

I'd recommend a standalone payroll app (like Intuit Payroll or Gusto) for your payroll and taxes combined with a property management accounting app for your rentals. 

Everything stays in your own Google account.There are other options too like MileIQ or Everlance if you prefer a phone app, but I found those required me to actually remember to open them, which was my whole problem.
