With home ownership feeling more out of reach and harder to attain we will get more and more families looking to rent a nice home.There are places in the country where the majority of the building is single family, It might be a good place to look to invest.

There's a reason why lenders shy away from first timers here.It always amazes me, that there's people with decent starting capital that can really start doing things the right way and they always want something so difficult, something so hard to attain and take a big risk.With 200k, I can write you out a game plan to start picking up 3 - 4 houses per year, fixing them up and then refinancing out and be able to pull all your money out cause your project costs were so low compared to ARV. 

You need less of a down payment (3.5% or 5%) which makes it more attainable to get into the property.

And how do we grow the supply of quality, attainable housing without punishing the people willing to build and manage it?
