If you go to Boglehead's they tend to bash real estate investing, whereas on this website the subject tends to favor more real estate.

Honestly, and not to bash, but with the experience I have from our local REIA....I don't believe in the National REIA model.

I have a HELOC, so when I want money out of my house I just take it out.Anyway, sorry if I hurt your feelings or anything, but it's a bit annoying to try to help people and have them bash you and refuse to listen, so I get a little carried away sometimes.

So I'm not trying to bash the market there, just speaking in broad generalities and of my own opinion.
