As i was going through the book, i noticed there were many other important books that were mentioned to read which will help to improve the financial literacy.I was compiling the list for myself, figured it would save the time for anyone to go through the book again to make up the list.The reading list is as follows:1. 

-Strategies for compiling an offer that gets my needs met but is still able to secure the contract particularly if there are multiple offers. 

MetroTex (the Dallas side of town) Association of Realtors compiles this information and puts it out for everyone to see.

I will definitely utilize this advice and start compiling the one pager story and listings to underwrite.

Hey @Jonathan Khalily, we usually manually translate the monthly PM statements into QuickBooks Online for our clients so their property-specific data and all other financial transactions that happened outside of their PM are compiled in 1 place. 

So i compiled a list of these service fees and some taps a $60.75 mark.
